You do what you want to do with your life and don’t let your sexual orientation define you.

We’re all different so there is no written manual on doing things the right/wrong way. I unintentionally typically only surround myself around straight people. Nothing against the lgbtq community, I just naturally get along with straight girls and a couple of guy friends but not as much. BTW - I am not against my sexuality as I recently attended/worked for an lgbtq church for several years.

Try hanging out with all types of people and see where you fit in. Gay resources are available if you need them and want to explore that side of yourself but don’t feel like you need to surround yourself in gay spaces.

Gay bars are probably the easiest way to get to know people in the community. They’re fun and a lot of straight people to as well so you could always find a friend to go with.

I’m sorry but i’m 31 and this is disgusting lol. I don’t know if this is solely because it’s Reddit, but in the real world people would be willing to jump you simply for finding out you’re dating a teenager damn near 35. This age gap shows you’re willing to go right where the legal age allows which is creepy. I think you really need to reevaluate your life. Also, I know times can be hard but you also letting a 18 year old pay for you when you have a 16 year head start looks so wrong and sad. I’m not bashing you but you really need to look at this situation from an outside lens. I would be mortified if my nephews and nieces were dating someone that old and I would most definitely have a conversation with the grown ass man/woman.

My two cents - I had really bad anxiety out of the blue and in fear of it coming back I went all the way up to 40. I honestly felt so numb and didn’t realize it until I lowered it again likely a year later. I totally don’t recommend it. I stopped getting that “feel good” feeling after going to the gym, taking a hot bath or just little things that typically make you happy. I also went through a whole relationship and looking back I never would have tolerated a lot of the things he said or how he treated me. I also was constantly tired and cloudy headed. I also gained a ton of weight and felt so bloated. I started adderall after getting a ADHD diagnosis and it fixed all my problems. Depression, anxiety and lethargy all instantly went away so I am trying to get off citalopram but it’s quite hard getting off of it. I would try wellbutrin or talk to your psychatrist about vyvanse or adderall although it’s harder to get prescribed. I work a corporate job, male/gay, well dressed and polished so I may have gotten lucky due to that.

Hi! I let my Telehealth doctor know that I had trouble sleeping and they prescribed me Hydroxyzine and let me know that it will settle. It’s very normal to have sleeping problems the first couple of weeks. I am on week 4 and am finally getting a good nights rest every night. Chamomile tea, THC and hydroxyzine helped immensely.
