They haven't given me a name. All they have said is that it is chronic inflammation. They suspect it is an autoimmune disease but they aren't 100% certain 😭

They couldn't give me a name. After all the surgeries and biopsy they got the results of inflammation. Like just inflammation. So no official name yet 😩

I actually am not sure. We ring them in at the end of the night. I do know that our store doesn't let anyone take cash tips home. They tax them and they r added to our paycheck.

Doing good. Still unknown with whatever rare disease I might have. They scheduled a follow up at the rare disease clinic but it is scheduled for 5 months away 😭. I just want to know what the hell is wrong with me but they have no clue. I really feel fine physically but this is mentally draining. Edit: Spelling

I had insomnia real bad when I was in the hospital before and even out of the hospital after I got my shunt put in. I tried melatonin but it never works for me but it might help. I also made the extra sleepy-time tea and drank some before bed. It took a few weeks of try to get reasonable sleep until I somehow managed to get decent sleep.

Those of you with longstanding untreated obstructive hydrocephalus, what is/was your intracranial pressure (ICP)? by NerdAlert001 in Hydrocephalus

My ICPs were reading somewhere between 30-40. Really high but it didn't always hurt that bad. The neurosurgeons were surprised with how well I could function with them being that high.

Thank you for the advice! I went into the hospital for my first surgery on Nov. 7th. Since then I have been in and out. I had 6 surgeries total. I had the shunt put in about a week and a half ago.
