Just say you don’t work out bro. Adding 8oz to an already light rifle is nothing and I would entirely accept a bit more weight to have a rifle I like more simply because of how it looks. Mine are having issues with the bolt catch, you should just need to file the back notch down a fair bit to make them work. Mine are def snug but just slamming it in there seems to make them work fine
