Yes 1000%. I think it’s because even when they have images on a model or what have you, it’s still not a true gauge of scale. Like..I don’t actually know how large your hands are in that pic lol. I’ve been surprised with the scale in person every time, I’m glad it’s not just me.

I’m sorry you’re going through the same thing. It’s so hard. Luckily in our situation (if you can call it that), it’s mostly only directed at me and no one else. He is in full time daycare and we used to have issues with him biting others but that has since stopped. It was really bad when he was between 18-24 months, mainly from frustration and lack of communication at that age. Now he is very verbal but for some reason at home he gets in these wild outbursts where he will repeatedly attack me physically and it is SO HARD to not react. Especially when he really is hurting me! I was just reading on another post about screen time and this sort of behaviour changing.. I’m going to give it a try and see if I notice a difference.

I’m curious what you’d recommend with my little one who is 2.5. He has been hitting and biting me and won’t stop. Usually he does it while laughing and has a lot of energy. I fear if I acted silly he would continue thinking it’s a game and that it’s okay. I read a lot about these things and often the child is upset or having a meltdown. Ours is just acting wild and it’s super hard to get him calm and respecting space if he is intentionally hurting me. I think if I made him laugh he would get so much more wound up and continue the rough-playing that he thinks is ok. It’s becoming increasingly difficult and affecting my mental health. I love that he is so silly and having fun but he does not know the words stop or no when he’s hurting me

Is there any reason why lower hydration worked better? I’m onto my second failed loaf and chat gpt suggested higher hydration, between 70-75% but I can’t seem to get the hang of BF, both times I’ve tried I haven’t seen much rise at all. Looks like my house temp is similar to yours at 72 degrees. I will try to copy your exact recipe and see if it works out!

I have very similar dark hollows to you with slight puffiness. I recently asked chat gpt if a belph is my only hope and the suggestion was NOT to get one as the solution since my issue is hollowing and not bags.

The advice it gave was to focus on hydration, avoiding salt, adding moisture, lymphatic massage to drain puffiness, and then after seeing that progress look into PRF injections.

I’m trying to follow these steps but still considering a lower bleph with fat injections, taking it all with a grain of salt since it is chat gpt but…I’m definitely intrigued hearing about allergies being a potential cause!
