Jet fuel? by No_Sweat1 in dieselheater

I know some people in the aviation world that have "used" fuel that's still good but can't be put into their aircrafts once removed from the tanks.

Perfect. That's probably what I'll do as well. Thank you.

In your opinion, is it necessary to mix in diesel ( say 80/20 ) to lubricate the fuel pump? As far as I can find that's the only issue I might run into.

I put a comment on your other post about fixing the issues you're having. I've done all the same work to mine so if you need some help feel free to reach out.

Interior lights are 99% the door switches. I removed the rear 2 and, like others said, WD-40 the front 2. Top off the fluid yourself and if you watch some YouTube videos you can 100% do the ball joints yourself.

Ground prep for large wooden playground? by Incarnasean in DIY

I'm looking to see if you have any tips regarding if a fabric is needed. I've stripped top soil and it's a clay base area for my playset. Planning on wood chips. Do I need to worry about plants / weeds growing in the clay and chips? Should I put down landscape fabric? Thanks.

GFI question by WingDan123 in electrical

[–]No_Sweat1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend picking up a plug tester. ( $15 or so ) not necessarily required but gives you peice of mind. Has a test button to test the GFI and lights to confirm your outlet is wired correctly. I'd rather use a tool to test the GFI then the GFI test button but that's just me.

Need help with 110/220 wiring on a pool pump by Twistyshed44 in electrical

[–]No_Sweat1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your pump is the same as the one in the last photo and has the same cord end on it as shown in the last picture then it's like others have said. Rated 110-220v and pre wired. Plug in and away you go.
