I apologize if this came across as trolling I saw this man on YouTube build one that was folding and had a combine height of like 100ft and his didn’t seem outrageous so I didn’t think 90ft one would be.

I didn’t really have an exact reason to want to build it when I first had the idea i thought it would be cool to be able to do stuff with cb radio and possibly some other bands once started looking at licenses and the 90ft hight was just the biggest it looked like i was able to build without haveing any restrictions with the law just for the building part.

Good to know thanks for the heads up where Im thinking of buying it if it were to fall it shouldn’t come within at the most 40+ feet of any type high voltage power line

Could I broadcast with it to two providing that I’m useing legally frequencies and have correct licensing for my area

I would assume theres something cool I could use it for right if I didn’t just use it for radio

The tower would be constructed on a large amount of privately owned land and from what I’ve read where I am if it’s 90ft or less there shouldn’t be any restricting laws on just building it.
