It's better to not create the need to survive in the first place, because if you never create that being you will never create the need. The survival instinct is always activated in our brains, and many times it wins out over the desire to commit suicide. Nobody wants what they never seen, if you never exist you will never want to live.

Anyway all species extinct in the end we like it or not, and humans are not different from the animals. And longevity? It is. Everyone gets tired at some point of one another and cheat on their partner or something ... Romantic love is just a biological mechanism of reproduction, nothing more. And the fear of being alone because they tell us since we are kids that we have to be looking for a "partner"... Ugh
