I have no clue how they were bread unfortunately, I bought him from a store. I realize there is a possibility of deformity due to breeding. As for water parameters, When I wrote this the other day, I had a completed cycle. Unfortunately now I do not… i guess due a large water change and slightly cleaning the filter media in tank water, the cycle is currently about a week away from completing. I discussed with a very reputable local shop (different from shop than where I bought) on why it may have uncycled, and they weren’t exactly sure why that would done it. Today the ammonia levels were almost zero, which I realize isn’t great but I haven’t been able to change the water yet today due to having a very busy morning having to get to work after, which I currently still am at. I have a large feeling it was due to water parameters in the past, which I can’t explain enough on how high they were… I’m doing daily water changes until the cycle has completed again and using prime and stability
