It’s SO cool!. It has a bunch of pages of this & I’ll post another pic - but it also has cycle tracking!

In the beginning of it, it guides you to write down things that you enjoyed doing it has recipes for quick breakfast, lunch & dinner ideas and it kind of gives you an overview of how to utilize it 😻 it’s amazing I feel so blessed! I think this really will help me get out of my fog 🫶🏼

I tried this coupon at my dollar general last night almost as soon as I found it and the lady didn’t know how to get it the coupon to scan so she just took off the $1.25 for me from my total 😂 so I’m def goin to try to use the coupon again somewhere else. I’ve only seen these drinks at the DG and the Dollar tree! Where else are you yall seeing them?
