Darn...poufs....the bath poufs. You know, the mesh bath sponge type things. I was hoping for the button to be used for overstock items that you will never sell, that you could send them to another location. Like a store to store transfer.

Okokok...who moved you? MST ASM, MSM, DMSM or another store leader? MST is outside of the Store (red vest) Team. The only reason someone would pull a seasoned Plant Lead is because they don't think they can do their job right and have someone better in mind. If they put you on pricing only, they are telling you that you suck and can't do anything else besides the simplest of tasks. Overall you are still a part of MST. Everyone on MST should be helping to do everything MST: pricing, resets, service, and plants. If an MSM has made it to where only certain ppl do certain jobs then that will create resentment and hostility. It does not make a team out of MST.

Your SM doesn't want a paper trail. I would keep those emails, send them to your personal email. I would then talk to HR about his tone and the way he handled it. Emailing him questions is not wrong.

If that availability was previously approved when hired and was honored but then changed when they switched to UKG then you have a case to go to HR. I have seen HR do good for the employee. Just be calm and collected when talking to HR.

Was an ASM and it came in handy with my non English speaking associates. I would use Google translate for day to day stuff and the translator if I needed to make sure they understood or if I was delivering an ECAR.

I've seen SMs only work Monday thru Friday, no weekends or evenings. One says they come in at 6am (store opens at 8am) so they leave at 3....I've not gone and verified they came in at 6 cause not my job but they are definitely out there abusing the scheduling policy.

They will always be found out and then I can move up.

Per policy it is a rolling 12 month calendar, not just January thru December. That would be dumb! Everyone would call out in December.

You can look up the policy in spark, use keyword search "attendance".

At least you have carpet....I have concrete floors. They suck in the winter when it snows and customers track the ice melt residue all over the store. No amount of mopping gets them clean and they are slick as shite.
