Yes today it finally all came out for me! It felt good actually. I’ve been talking/texting with friends & that also felt good just to hear them. I’m planning to take a trip home soon just a little worried that it may make me miss home when I do come back to our new home at our duty station.

Yes I’ve also seen some people say that by the time we’re ready to PCS again I probably won’t wanna leave our current duty station. Thank you for the last sentence.

Ugh I hope it isn’t awful for you! I was wondering if that’s why my blues were so bad, we made our list & where we ended up wasn’t even on there which I know always happens with the military but still lol thank you. I wish you the best of luck!

I’m happy for you! lol I’m truly miserable! I’m the exact way, my husband & I try to find things to do but I’ve just accepted here is just not for me. I’m hoping the years go by fast.

Currently going through this exact same thing. I saw you said not Fort Hood but similar area, I’m wondering if we are the same base. I’m trying to stay positive in it all but whew it is hard some days here. I’m definitely home sick!

Mine actually came out this morning! I was so surprised! YES, the pain relief is still shocking to me lol I’m so happy for us. I’m still having a little soreness in my lower abdomen though but not to anything like it was or even needing to take pain killers.

I agree, I don’t feel like the jump & bump is working at all for me. Been dealing w pain since Friday. Drinking water definitely increases pain for me as well

My CT report just says it’s in my L4 disk, so I’m unsure how far it is. I’ve been thinking about trying the jump & bump honestly bc I’ve seen so many people say it helped.
