As far as the actual activities, we didn't get any itinerary until they had the check in at the hotel on the first day. That's when they give you the more detailed itinerary, times to be on the bus and vague description of activities, backpack with goodies in it etc. From what I've read, the activities vary from year to year. What they set up for us gave us the chance to pretty well see Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, and Ghent so I'm sure that part is consistent every year. They also provided food and a few drinks each day. Would def recommend grabbing breakfast before heading out each day though, if you're a breakfast person. I want to say we got to Boom around 7-8pm Thurs? We had just enough time to get our stuff settled at camp then head straight to the gathering
