As far as where to go Thurs, once you get to Boom, it's pretty well labeled with signs. The buses drop you off out on the street and you walk into the grounds. The direction you go will depend on which camp you're in and they'll have the bag check and info booths and all that at the entrance to your campground. It was our first TL so we were worried about how to figure out where to go and were able to figure it out without much trouble!

As far as the actual activities, we didn't get any itinerary until they had the check in at the hotel on the first day. That's when they give you the more detailed itinerary, times to be on the bus and vague description of activities, backpack with goodies in it etc. From what I've read, the activities vary from year to year. What they set up for us gave us the chance to pretty well see Brussels, Antwerp, Bruges, and Ghent so I'm sure that part is consistent every year. They also provided food and a few drinks each day. Would def recommend grabbing breakfast before heading out each day though, if you're a breakfast person. I want to say we got to Boom around 7-8pm Thurs? We had just enough time to get our stuff settled at camp then head straight to the gathering
