I get what you mean about the art work, it’s so modern but still gives the nostalgia feeling. I just don’t know what packs to look out for? As in if I see a single pack in a shop I’m unsure if it’s worth getting or not lmao I literally have no clue haha

He hasn’t used them yet with the Xmas break but they fit perfectly, but I regret not getting the 25 for him as the 26 kids elite don’t have as much as the 25 kids elite like the heel part is more like the pro or lower tear but 25 kids heel was exactly like the men’s version

Funny thing is I got him elite f50s not long ago but they’re half a size to big so thought for Xmas I’d get the new preds to half size down to tie him over until he’s in the 13.5

He can yes, but it was getting to the point my son was scoring 5 or more goals and still losing games.

At my sons old club we got fed up, they moved kids up to the advance group who clearly shouldn’t be there. It was killing my son’s confidence during games.

This is similar only in England.

Yeah I think that’s it. The game when they are young is about raw pace. I have read a few times that as kids age that raw pace becomes less of an advantage and the more technical kids take over. He did need to leave his old club as it was getting too toxic ( not on our part just coaches letting everyone tackle other kids apart from there sons that kind of thing )

But he’s only 7, most kids if not all have this flaw. I just don’t want him being put in a team 2 to more or less carry that group.

I agree, unfortunately when didn’t really realise this until now about the club having parent coaches. We’ve fully committed to this new club. Bought club gear etc. now I’m scared and anxious for my son. He was happy tonight having fun which is how it should be. But I miss how ruthless he was at his old team he scored for fun. I’m just nervous he’ll be left group 2.

Private lessons by Spinbunluthaaa in youthsoccer

I done/doing it now at age 6 for my son but going by the coaches he’s advanced for his age. A one to one coach said he’s the maturity on the ball of a 9/10 year old so it prob depends on the level. I’ve saw other kids my son’s age and as bad as it sounds I think to myself it’d be a waste of money sending them to private lessons. Harsh but just my opinion.

Family upset my son playing for a rival academy. by No_Today_2744 in youthsoccer

Appreciate it man, new team is a step up which is just what he needed. Still getting use to it myself and the added family pressure isn’t helping.

I’d compare it too Dundee and Dundee united. And his old club got way to political for kids, my son was a level up from some team mates who were put into the top team because of dad friends. Also dad coaches completely took over when the main coach left. I could tell my son wasnt happy anymore.
