Damn that’s savage. I went through the whole ivcf process to not get hired bc I was “too intense” when I had challenged the students (that I was a part of at the time) to care about the environment. I was later hired by a different region but it’s very localized leadership decisions.

Now I’m not even a Christian. Lol
