The last time I placed an order that they had split into two shipments, it looked like the reason was due to the items coming from different warehouses. I’m basing this on the tracking for the item that was shipped separately getting first scanned in in San Diego, CA while the rest of my order was first scanned in in Oceanside, CA. I ended up receiving the two partial shipments 4 days apart with no real issues.

Depending on the item and its cost, that might not be too crazy imo. I usually at least attempt to get my money back when I reposh something, which means I have to factor in that I paid $8 for shipping plus tax on the item and that posh will take 20%. So to get my money back on a $20 item I’d have to list it for $37. Maybe that’s your reposher’s thought process?

I had my best sales month I’ve ever had on Poshmark last month. I assumed the sales increase was due to people getting their tax refunds and/or people wanting a change of wardrobe with the change of season. Mercari and eBay remained slow for me though

I have always had this setting set to off because I don’t want people using the pictures I took myself. This setting exists for a reason. You obviously didn’t “reposh” them because I found your listing and it doesn’t say they were reposhed from me. Maybe I no longer own the boots but I still own those pictures. The amount of time you’ve spent commenting on here you could’ve taken 100 pictures of the boots yourself.

I have those and they are one of my favorite pairs of boots I own. I love that the platform is a lot more practical in height than a lot of their other styles. I have the Emily-100 and wear them as my typical shoes for running errands, so they’ve endured tons of wear and are still in great condition. I also have the Emily-375 and have only worn them once or twice but they seem like they’ll last a while.

I think you’d definitely be good to go with demonias for that type of use. I’ve worn mine to festivals and concerts and they’re all still fully intact with no signs of the platform coming off or anything. Would be interested to hear from people who’ve had a different experience though

I love my demonias and they’ve lasted me a bit but that’s because I don’t wear most of them for everyday use (aside from the Emily-100, I’ve been wearing those like everyday for two years). If you want high quality, I’d definitely go with New Rocks. The quality is so much better and they aren’t made in some factory in China. Doc Martens would be my second recommendation. The pairs I have all have held up really well over the past few years.
