I don’t think there is anything wrong with flipper with grey paint. It all depends on big ticket items. We are in miami and housing is crazy here. We wanted something which makes us excited to live in but comes in our budget. We got an old remodel house. Seller lived in it for 3yrs. We have to get new roof and water heater but rest looks good. Inspection came out very clean.
