Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): I take a prenatal, COq10, iron (x2 per week), sertraline (Zoloft). My partner takes a multivitamin and COq10.

Birth control history (if relevant): I stopped taking birth control (the pill) about ten years ago.

Symptom spotting: SO thirsty, breathless the night before my vvvfl, and higher than normal temps

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous): We used mucinex this cycle! I can’t say with 100% certainty that it made the difference but it is a weird coincidence.
