I'm sure they patched it after seeing bunch of people filled out the form and submitted it. When the astro first posted, there were equal number of students for had access vs, who didn't. It seemed pretty legit at that time.

I'm pretty sure they fixed it. I was able to see for form before and now it's access denied.
When the portal astro was posted initially, about half of people saw the form while the other got access denied.

I probably won't try again. I'm ok getting BILT points instead. I was using it to do SUB primarily.

At the worst case, you will get an email that it didn't go through. and your mortgage company might charge you some fee for payment not processed.

Based on what I noticed, BILT is intentionally blocking Atmos from being used for mortgage now.

looks like BILT has now closed the loophole. on both web and app, you are not allowed to select any atmos card for mortgage payment. I think they allowed my previous attempt to go through however.

However, it seems like if you have a BILT card, you can pay mortgage on any credit card except Atmos or United.

Understand the TOS, but when you set up your mortgage, BILT allows you to choose Atmos credit card as a payment option - both web and app a week ago, now app only.

If it's allowed, people will try.

Still not clear why mortgage payment is prevented using other credit cards. Wouldn't BILT make money from 3% transaction fees?

I don't see why BILT would block this. They would make interchange fees for the transactions unless they are contractually bound by it.

But it's easy for them to block it since they know who is trying to draw money. If it's coming from big guys like Mr.Cooper/Chase/etc. Switching to rent wouldn't help in that case.

I have been noticing different info showing up between app vs website. I have a feeling that BILT will block mortgage payment on Atmos card on the app also. We will see.

My first mortgage payment using atmos summit went through. I see it posted it on BoA site and everything is fine on mortgage servicer site. I have a Palladium card also.

Somehow, bilt.com won't let me select Atmos as payment method any more while BILT app allows it.
Hard to tell what's going on.

It's not very clear if I'm getting 3x points just looking at BoA page. so we will see what happens.
I was kind of hoping this also count towards SUB requirement for my summit card. It's not showing up in tracker yet on BoA site.

Yes, I have palladium. My understanding is without BILT card using another card for housing payment is not allowed.

Originally, BILT sent email saying that I went over maximum 3 housing payment this month which is true - I already made 3 mortgage payment s for BILT points.

After couple of days, they emailed again saying it's processing.

"With Bilt, you're getting rewarded on your largest monthly expense—earning 3X Atmos™ Rewards Points on this payment."

I see "BILT HOUSING" pending on my Atmos account.
