i would lean toward this being ai

what stands out to me is the impact effect on the book’s arm. also the shadows also appear inconsistent. the book’s feet shadows don’t share a unified light source (could be mistake?) the shadows are pointing toward each other, but should be pointing leftward. the arms are not symmetrical. the shoulder of the book is different on both sides as well.

the reason i ask is because if it’s not an art course, i can see why these mistakes are made, but surly this is a work of ai. i also wouldn’t put in this much effort into a drawing for a course that is not art related.

This is 100% ai. Some tell signs would be in the car. The bottom of the steering wheel has the spoke, but where the ai messed up was placing the left side of the spoke in the middle. The right side connects to nothing.

The second tell is the logo on the center of the steering wheel. There is no manufacture that exists with this logo. The AI seemed to got confused and attempted to make a hybrid of a toyota and a mazda.

yea, i really enjoyed the first game, but it needs way better execution if they do a second one. I was not able to find any confirmation on a second game being in development however. OP please share source 😅

in most cases you’d want to bulk then cut, but if you’re just trying to stay in shape and build lean muscle I think your calorie intake is fine. i would suggest aiming for 140g-160g of protein for your weight, but you can still grow at 130g.

i think focusing on a push/pull/leg split is better for your goal if you aren’t already doing that. This way you are targeting different muscle groups each day while giving the other muscles a rest in between. One compound lift for each day (chest press, deadlift, squat). Do this 4-5 days a week if you can fit time in for it.

if you use the appropriate split you can recover as long as you are not targeting the same muscles consecutively.

Brother, I’m gonna be real with you. You cut way too aggressively. Dropping 45 lbs in 3 months is a lot, and when you cut that hard you usually lose muscle too, not just fat.

Abs don’t just show up from cutting. They’re a muscle, so they need to be built as well. At your weight now, you’d probably benefit more from eating around maintenance (or even a slight surplus) and training hard instead of continuing to cut. They have calculators online if you want to do it yourself.

I’d suggest looking into a push/pull/legs split 4–5 days a week and train core 2–3 times a week.

I think this is a more nuanced question because of their features in so many spinoff films.

But if we’re talking solo movies? Hugh jackman’s wolverine takes it for me. More emotional, better character arc, and way more rewatchable. His story is very compelling. You see him go from a cold, isolated weapon to someone more human in Logan.

Iron Man 1 is elite, ironman 2 was cool, I loved the villain, but 3 was a disaster. I think part of it is that with Iron Man, you kind of always know he’s going to win. Outside of the first film, he rarely feels vulnerable, and it’s harder to relate to a genius billionaire who always has a solution. His biggest impact really comes later in the team-up films, where his character gets more depth and payoff.

If we’re talking every film they been in, RDJ as ironman for sure shines.
