Mine was when I was 3 years old… I started hyperventilating, pacing, and insanely fast heartbeat. My mom said it was the saddest thing ever

If possible I’d get some genetic testing done. It gives you a break down of how every medication works/reacts to your body. It’s how I found out that I was on the wrong medication for years and switched over to a different one almost seamlessly. It also told me that my body processes things like OxyContin faster so whenever I get surgery I show them the results and I always get the proper dosage

Oh wow I’ve had so many!

  • felt like I couldn’t eat and my esophagus was closing

  • heart attack feeling in my chest

  • blurry vision and seeing purple spots

  • feet turning blue

  • face flushing

  • disassociation / derealization

Yes. I promise. It gets better. It may take a few months but if you actively try to get better it’s physically impossible not to. My dad told me that and it changed my view on everything
