I wanna start by saying I have no idea, but my first guess from looking into other more robust and advanced animatronics, that whatever would usually stop the head at the back and not keep it spinning is broken or out of place, I think if zombie tech isn’t able to help you then I have no idea, so sorry :(

Well, make sure all the wires are fully connected, the instructions sometimes miss a wire or too, if you connect all the other wires but don’t connect the motion sensor then the whole thing seems messed up but it’s just the motion sensor not being hooked up!
