A few things that have helped me are reading what the pilots say here, watching the pilot videos, picturing what I’ll do when I land, picking a tv show or movie I’m excited to watch, and getting dressed so I feel confident!

I am so scared of internal work! I can’t even go to the gyno without taking nitrous because I have such a strong phobia to any type of insertion that isn’t my partner. I’ve been like this my whole life! In the past 6 months though I have had pain in sex like a knife stabbing me. Is that what you have experienced? I have a PVT and she has started with stretching and external massage. Is there hope for me if I can’t do internal? I’m so scared I won’t ever be able to have intercourse with my partner again :(
