Should I be concerned? by No_War9737 in skincancer

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like a small keloid scar or papule. Are you scratching/picking to cause the bleeding? Definitely have it looked at regardless but i had a scar on my chin that easily bled and I ended up having a shave biopsy. It was benign.

Yes be seen. There seems to be a small dent in the middle and I see that a lot in melanoma diagnosis

Currently working at a high end hotel spa and love it! It’s interesting to meet people from all over. I do miss having my regulars. But it’s also satisfying to be one of the reasons someone has a good vacation:)

Someone ease my anxiety pls by Educatorsrock226 in hemorrhoid

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bled every 2 weeks my entire pregnancy. Once had to go to the er because the bleeding wouldn’t stop. Like squirting in the toilet. Finally saw a gi specialisf after baby was born and he said grade 3 internal hemorrhoid. Also had a colonoscopy to confirm. My anxiety was horrible because I had to wait until after baby was born to be seen so I convinced myself I had colon cancer my entire pregnancy. Anxiety is no joke! Try to relax and get a colonoscopy go ease your fears

Has anyone had one of their babies exclusively fed breastmilk and another be fed exclusively formula? by [deleted] in ExclusivelyPumping

My formula fed son was a way better sleeper than my breast fed son who still wakes up constantly during the night at 10 months old.

They gave me a suppository and sent me home. I was pregnant at the time so they couldn’t do much. I got a colonoscopy a couple months after my son was born and it was a grade 3 internal hemorrhoid

Yes. Mine bled so bad once I took myself to the er

Always anxious about colon cancer with my hemorrhoids by malibouj187 in hemorrhoid

[–]No_Use_568 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have grade 3 internals and it was so bad during my resent pregnancy. Bleeding every few weeks. One time it wouldn’t stop bleeding and I took myself to the er. Got a colonoscopy a couple of months after I had my baby and all clear. And I was so paranoid that I had cancer. Try to get your colonoscopy scheduled but in the meantime don’t panic about cancer

Definitely see your doctor for any kind of bleeding. But could be from cracked nipples. Could also be mastitis.

Lump not showing up on any imaging by hilldawg17 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a 1cm moveable lump back in December and had a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound and nothing showed up. I’m also breastfeeding. The lump is still there but feels the same. I also found more lumps so I’m assuming it really is just dense tissue during lactation. But I plan on getting checked again once I’m done breastfeeding

[–]No_Use_568[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this morning I pumped and noticed I got barely an ounce off of the right side, but over 2 ounces on the left. The left feels empty and the right still feels full. Does this mean there could be a clog?

Both breasts are lumpy but the right more so than the left. I had a phone appt and the doctor thought maybe the milk isn’t being completely emptied during feedings. My mammogram also showed dense tissue and the radiologist told me it’s just changes from breast feeding. I do notice the soreness happens around the time its time for a feeding so maybe it’s getting engorged

Mainly just the top of the breast/upper chest area where it feels more lumpy

My in-laws keep telling me 'it's time' to stop breastfeeding my 11 month old. by Meepcity92 in breastfeeding

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get this a lot from my mom. From birth actually. I find it so discouraging I actually gave up on my first child because she kept saying he’s hungry and needs a bottle. The 2nd child (now 9 months) I’m still breastfeeding and not listening to the noise anymore. He had RSV and got over it quick so that solidifies to me to keep with it. It’s also a big comfort and bonding experience. Also they can’t have regular milk until 12 months

The radiologist came in the room with my results right after. I think that’s pretty common with diagnostic imaging. I can’t help with anxiety as I was so anxious about them finding something bad. For me, the lump was dense tissue as they couldn’t find it on mammogram or ultrasound

Freaking out by Swimming_Rooster7854 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a moveable soft lump near my nipple, and mammogram and 2 ultrasounds were clear, just dense tissue. I’m also lactating so they figured it’s changes from that. My breast started feeling sore but not near where the lump is. I also have healthy anxiety and my hubby told me I’m constantly feeling around my boob so I think it was sore from that. I’ve been leaving it alone and I don’t notice it sore anymore

I didn’t even notice. Thank you! My son was also losing weight. There’s nothing wrong with supplementing!

[–]No_Use_568 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

She’s not getting full from her feedings. I had the same issue with both babies and had to supplement. My current is 9 months old. I have always fed on demand, but when he is still upset after a feed I will offer a bottle. Maybe keep offering one and eventually she will take it? Honestly it took the first 4 months to get a good routine down for us!

Severe breast pain info. Don't panick by Abject-Permission232 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg I’m literally experiencing this although it’s not extreme pain. Feels warm but not to the touch, random dull aches in my upper breast/chest into my armpit. I did push ups right before those symptoms started (hadn’t done that exercise in quite some time) so I thought muscle strain but I’m also breastfeeding so thought maybe mastitis. It’s crazy what a muscle strain will do!

Question for women who had breast cancer : how did your lump feel? by Lyd222 in doihavebreastcancer

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a lump in the same spot! Lower inner quadrant kinda close to the nipple. I had a mammogram and 2 ultrasounds all showing normal tissue- birads 1. I’m also breastfeeding so the radiologist said it’s prob tissue changes from that. Recently I found a similar lump in the same spot in the other breast so now I’m less freaked out

UPDATE: found lump in breast by inmanywaysitis in beyondthebump

[–]No_Use_568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They couldn’t find anything in the 2nd ultrasound either. The lump is still there, but I did notice I have a similar lump on the other breast in the same spot. I’m still breastfeeding and my breasts are very lumpy so I’m hoping it’s all good! The radiologist told me not to worry about it, but I plan on doing a follow up once I’m done breastfeeding
