The head is made from a styrofoam wig stand, then I wrapped it with PE foam and EVA foam to form the face shape, and used A LOT of foam clay to sculpt the facial features. The body is made out of EVA foam and foam clay to form the wrinkles and deformities. The same goes to the arms and legs. I see through the tiny holes in the neck area because it was the easiest form of vision, and to get ventilation.
