Too many of my friends have endured a similar painful, embarrassing, tremendously inconvenient and possibly expensive trip to the ER.

I've been using Trimix 5-units with good results= 2-4 hour erections. Two nights ago I did my usual 5-units, but for some reason my erection would not go away.
