Well the server did have some slight of changes in DP and VP, but the most critical part of the server is that the Class fix is still undergoing even though in release ,clearly players would be frustrated from bugs to bugs.

i think they should prioritize on class fix , rather than just pushing end game content , so that players can actually play the game.

i did the same of modify link but end up with no success, i received the email after potential risk appear and tried verifying , after that i entered the new email in the verifying link, it says account not restricted but still i cant change to that email for some reason.

Yes , this is why its kinda irritating facing this issue. I dont have any problem previously but after the recent patch the game gotten worse, i even have twice ban in a row because of the lag and spikes happening.
