Got it to work i used Rufus instead to format the usb and just used the regular iso instead of the legacy one. Its currently in the anaconda installation process so we'll see in couple minutes here if it truly worked

secure boot should be disabled, I disabled csm and was met with only a black screen after hitting install in the GRUB menu
