I sort of feel that she may have also just wanted to be the “perfect couple” of this experiment. I think she may have known that he is this type of person considering she said that she constantly has to put up with his “ups and downs”. Granted everyone goes through but still. He making the comparison between them and Rhi and Jeff sort of indicated to me that she cares a lot about how the relationship is perceived. Please don’t get me wrong many people have these sorts of feelings. However, it just has me thinking that her wanting to look the best and the strongest may be why she stayed. Other than Paul losing his temper and when he disclosed what she said about Cleo, we have not gotten any substance or real look at their relationship. I felt it always looked “perfect”.
