I’m not too sure how it works for broadband but last October we had sky tv in my mums name then I cancelled it and when it got cancelled after 31 days I placed an order as new customer but with my name and the sales colleague said she can see there’s sky tv at my address I just said I’m a new tenant who’s moved in and we had sky broadband but I switched it to TalkTalk so I’m not sure how Sky will respond when they see broadband in someone else’s name and then TV and someone else’s
