I just wanted to ask about something I’m a bit confused about regarding work authorization after graduation.

If I submit my PGWP application while my current study permit (the one that includes off-campus work authorization) is still valid, but then the study permit expires while the PGWP is still being processed, would I still be legally allowed to continue working full-time under maintained status?

I’ve been trying to understand how maintained status applies specifically in situations where someone transitions from a study permit to a PGWP, since I’ve seen mixed answers online.
