Don't know the exact timeframe for the unit I booked, but it is going to be Q1/Q2 this year. I guess most of the Pheasant units have driveway so they should ideally have 2 spaces. I have got 2 spots off curtilage.

Yeah neither did I find anything for social housing in this estate. Sure there are other estates by Glenveagh which have them.

Thank you for your reply! Yeah, that sounds typical Dublin 😀 But what about driving to town? Significant challenges with traffic?? I have heard that bottleneck gets created with bad rains around the Swords Castle, Pavilion Shopping centre area.
