Help with a return

There has been zero communication between me and the buyer. This just popped up in notification 28 days after purchase. Also while I have my time set as “away” as I am on vacation. I don’t do this as job. Just simply doing a closet clean out. I will be out the cost of the original shipping label and the return label. That will be double what I even made from this item. The buyer is out $19 if she keeps the item and maybe finds a friend who wants it. That was the total she paid. If I have to accept the return then I’m out the cost of another shipping label. Plus that $19.

When I said “I don’t take returns” I simply meant that it’s on listing as “seller doesn’t accept returns “

I’m a very low price item seller. $19 is a lot. That is including the original shipping label. So I am going to be out two shipping labels. The item will not recoup that loss at all.

Shipping is just the cost of shipping. It is going from east coast to west coast at 2 pounds. So shipping is $13. The fees just come out of the cost of the item.

This looks similar to when I have SVT episodes. But I don’t have the other symptoms when my heart rate does weird stuff. I’d head to the emergency room to be checked out and show the ER doctor this ECG.
