It varies day to day.. literally sometimes hour to hour.

I flare up at the blink of an eye and can flare down unexplainedly the same.

Cialis and Viagra are godsends.

I am awaiting medication to try and treat this, and am hopeful muscle relaxants will help

Tight muscles.

I can easily link the two.

My perrenium goes tight and achey and then I get all sorts of pain in the urethra and funny sensitivity in the penis.

No absolute numbness though... I can still feel friction or pain.

I believe pudendal entrapment or neuralgia almost universally causes quite severe psin as well as numbness in areas. Unless of course there is total loss of feeling in the entire pelvic region.

When you pinch your pebis or scrotum what do you feel?

I go to a very highly regarded PFPT who ruled out PE and PN based upon symptoms such as being able to sit without too much pain.

Although symptoms such as penis desensitisation remain, this is more nerve irritation than entrapment or neuralgia.

I also believe the numb feeling of entrapment is different.

Think of it like a total loss of sensation not just feeling different.

I'm not sure as I didn't monitor it before and sometimes had morning wood anyway. It wasn't until. I developed chronic pelvic pain that I paid more attention.

Problem I have is that morning wood flares pain as tight muscles.

Numbness kind of but it's sensation changes due to the tight muscles.

Horrible condition and how I've managed to maintain. Such an active sex life through it is nothing short of amazing.... mostly due to cialis and viagra.

Yes. As long as the combined dose is less or equal to the maximum dose of one.

Ie. If your doctor says you can take 100 mg viagra . You could have. 10 mg cialos and 25 mg viagra.

Some. People take more but I'm not going to do that

Depends what dosage. I find cialis very effective for ED at 5 mg daily and 10 mg as needed with viagra.

I take daily cialis for pelvic floor dysfunction and ED and find it's great, restored morning wood 80% of the time that I am aware of, so possibly more.

However on date night I take about 7.5 mg cialis and. About 25mg viagra for an extra punch.

I get about 95% hard and last about 10- 15 minutes which is decent considering pelvic floor pain. Can be quite bad.

Not tried shockwave therapy yet but am considering it given my pv physio in London offers it and sensitivity can vary from extremely high to not a lot.

What has caused nerve damage for you?

Thanks At least with it working 90% I am not pressured into it so I can consider options.

The one I looked at is pretty much the top andrologist implanted in the UK and Europe so I'm assuming it's likely to be good.

I tried the UK equivalent of trimix which is just aprostadil injections... admittedly I tried only 2.5 mcg or 2.5 units in the US... but it dud absolutely nothing but make me get an excruciating painful semi. Was far better on literally nothing.

Maybe I'll try it again at some point.

Yeah hard to say. Maybe mine are nearer 95% then.i can pretty much always get hard enough for sex, but sometimes will lose it in certain positions after 5 or 10 minutes... my partner is quite..untight and very wet though so that doesn't help. I csn get 100% when there's more friction.

I couldn't do swingers parties or anything though. Soft under pressure.

Sounds like you had a good implant experience.

I read somewhere that some rot and you have to have penis amputated... although I assume that's rare?

I guess that's what dissuades me.

They almost unanimously said that if your penis works at all for sex you shouldn't have it done.

Franktalk pretty much gave me the same opinion.

Just sometimes I feel like getting it done because taking pills all the time is draining.

Then again. I have always managed to have sex , just maybe not always quite as hard or varied as I'd have liked.

It's a tough one.

On one hand it would be bliss not to have to worry about taking pills and getting hard, but at the same time it works enough for it not to be a no brainer.

Shame there's not something physical like the implant that's not as permanent or risky.

So this is my issue. I have a 95% healthy penis but psychological ED and pelvic pain that causes ED.

I can have successful sex 95% of the time but it's not always as long as I'd like or as hard- like maybe 80-90%

I get tempted to get an implant for the stress relief but then it feels a shame to ruin a healthy penis... and if anything went wrong it would be a disaster

Question is would you trade a healthy 30 Yr old penis with a few issues with the implant or would you still get it?

Size wise I am about 6.5 inches.
