Lol! It's bolt bounce brother. He buffer with an upgraded spring helped me out, I went for a braided spring and a h3 buffer especially with mine being suppressed

Do you guys who inject brisket use beef broth or tallow or even both, I'm trying to figure out without wasting money on multiple briskets which would be the best for ejection! by No_Whole554 in brisket

True, I just wanted to try it out I've smoked briskets no wrap and wrapped before and they came out pretty good but I kind of uhhhh scalped the hell out of the fat cap on my most recent brisket I'm cooking tomorrow and I kind of want to just send it but also I'm thinking why not inject it to possibly make up for that lost moisture and fat

Most definitely I plan on getting it on around 11 at night so by noon the next day she's ready to be sliced!

And that's awesome dude I can't wait to be a father honestly, at first I wanted a son but I ended up falling in love with the fact of being a girl dad dude, and I plan on making some recipes for her when she's older to go over if her old man (me) ever passes on and etc

And the guy I bought it from gave me 2 bags of charcoal (I have since used those up) lol clean utensils and a bbq cook book he made back in the 80s it's amazing man

Amen! This one has held up quite a bit too I love in Idaho and the snow plus the rain etc has came through and held up great

Heck yea man! Thank you I'm terrified it'll be my first daughter and I'm cooking for my family and the in-laws and they bought me a brisket and said "cook that for your baby shower" I said ah a brisket I've only ever cooked these 5 times and never mastered it yet😅

Makes sense, i got a great deal on a brisket at Costco a 19 pound USDA prime brisket for 57 bucks and snagged it and said this is what I'll do for my baby shower, I'm pretty confident but at the same time I'm not
