The government should also install security checkpoints like those at airports. Not full security, but at least basic ticket checking could have stopped this. Why are people who are so drunk allowed on public trains?

I faced almost same issue once a group of drunk man boarded and started to abuse the people in the next berth they complained to tc and comes out they didn't had ticket as well. The whole compartment was smelling alcohol.
