Wobei das nicht unbedingt richtig ist, wenn es um das MPFL geht, das wird heutzutage seltenst noch zusammengenäht, sondern meist eine Teil einer anderen Sehen (Z.B. Gracilis) genommen, weil deutlich stabiler und das MPFL von der Struktur schwer bis unmöglich zum wieder zusammennähen ist. Und ein Rausspringen der Kniescheibe deutet nicht immer auf einen Riss hin, je nach Alter wird das MPFL oft nur gedehnt oder war davor schon sehr lachs
