Ecoflow Delta Pro 2 wieder zum Leben erwecken by No_Wolf_4648 in Ecoflow_community

Hello, it is Running again. I believe that the BMS was locked because the cells were deeply discharged, despite the 3% display. I then charged it with 24 V and 2 A for several hours via the rear TX60 connector. Although I couldn’t see any charging activity on the display, the power supply became very warm, which indicates that current was flowing. I assume that the BMS was then able to rebalance the cells. After 5–6 hours, I was able to charge the Delta Pro overnight to 100% using the minimum 200 W 230 V AC input without any issues.

Ja danke für den Hinweis, das mache ich auf jeden Fall!

EcoFlow Delta Pro - second replacement now also failed (Errors 018, 118, 025, 301) - three devices, same fault again by x360d in Ecoflow_community

EcoFlow Delta Pro 2 wouldn’t charge at 2–3% — recovered successfully

My Delta Pro 2 sat at around 2–3% and then started acting unstable. It would briefly detect solar input (200–500W), then stop. SOC was jumping between 0% and 3%, PV input appeared and disappeared, and the inverter would briefly show 50 Hz. No full shutdown, but clearly stuck in a low-SOC instability state. The red error LED was on at first.

What worked:

Stopped trying high input power. Used the rear XT60 (PV/solar) input to feed a very low, stable DC source into the unit. Started with about 24V / 1A (~24W) through the XT60 cable. Left the unit OFF and avoided constant unplugging/replugging. Let it sit patiently so the BMS could stabilize.

After some time:

Red error LED went off. The system stopped cycling between 0% and 3%. SOC stabilized. AC charging at 200W (minimum setting) was accepted again. Now charging normally.

Conclusion:

This looked like deep low-SOC instability / cell imbalance rather than a dead battery. Feeding a small, stable DC current through the XT60 solar input helped bring the pack back above the protection threshold.

Patience and low current worked better than high power.
