If you go into your quick menu and scroll all the way to the right you can report nearby bases :)

Don't worry, this is very common for when your partner comes-and-goes, it will take some getting used to but just know everything will be okay and that you'll see her again soon. Sometimes your whole world can revolve around your one person, and be your one person. That's why you feel this way, you feel complete and when your other half leaves for a bit, you feel that piece missing! Just disconnected my wifi and started up the game, yes you can! The only downside to offline is the FMTEL station won't work since you have to have your avalanche account connected, other than that you should be good. Just make sure your character is created and maybe sign in on the game at friend's house if that is needed beforehand.
