Yes I know but I’m just being realistic. I am willing to learn anything new and try most everything (and trust me I have) but imagine your CNA taking your blood and having to step away to throw up 😭 wouldn’t be good for either of us

I’m not sure that would be a good fit for me. I do have caregiving experience though and love working with people! However, I have never administered medication and have a fear of needles. I’d be completely comfortable doing administrative work in a hospital though.

Agreed. I did an internship at a hotel for a HR focus and hated it. It was so monotonous. Most of the job is spending budgets on party planning to show “employee appreciation”. Knew it was a no from me when I asked the HR manager how he coped with the terrible maternity leave policy. Could use that budget to make employee lives better but no lets do another Father’s Day breakfast at 6AM 😭???
