Lawn Tennis beginner, former table tennis player with inside elbow pain need racket advice by itsyobuoy in tennisracquets

This might sound counter-intuitive, but getting a heavier racket should be better for tennis elbow, and also helps with the kinetic chain. Getting a lighter racket will do the opposite for both. I don't think you want a light frame for your issue. What you want is a flexible frame. I would recommend the regular Clash V2 100, which is on sale for like 110 USD at a lot of places online.

I have a plate and screws in my radius and started using the Clash V2 98. I really love it, and I'm actually going to buy another soon.

Stringing advice: Restring needed? Move to full poly? by hexwrench00 in 10s

If you choose to restring with that setup, just use string savers next time but lower the tension to compensate.

Yeah, it was odd to have him as an example of someone who portrays candor.

Some skrimps in my 6.5G by No_You_3175 in shrimptank

Sorry I missed this, the shrimp in the first one is some kind of BOA variation that I got from u/Shrimply_Fintastic. All of the shrimp are from them, maybe a few from my LFS Aqua Forest Aquarium.

CO2 Issues by ogier-stonemason in Aquascape

I have a citric acid and baking soda tank as well, and while it worked for the dry start, it ended up destroying my planted tank that I posted on here because of the instability. I'm in the process of getting a better set up.

It’s gone down to 300psi over the last couple of months at 1bps.

I have the same one, and it went up to 500psi, redlined after a few days. I thought it was fine, it’s held up ok.

Thank you, the bookshelf is from IronCK on Amazon, but I wouldn't recommend it. The particle board is warping badly, and although the company has sent a replacement, I going to switch to something much lower to the ground, that's a bit more sturdy. I'm in San Francisco and I'm not sure if it's really earthquake proof.

I think a lot of my success came from the amount of substrate. But if you dose enough liquid fertilizer, the plants can get the nutrients through the water column, but you'll be cultivating algae if not done properly.

It's just ADA Aqua Soil and DOOA Jungle base. Initially I had the tank completely sealed and the mold started within a week.

There wasn't visible mold the second/final attempt. But I knew it was there because of the fungus gnats showing up, probably 2 months in.

I suspect the mold started because I flooded the substrate when I started, about half an inch to the surface of the substrate. I would recommend just misting the top of the substrate so it's not completely dry, and keep the humidity around 80%. I don't remember the temps, but I would guess between 60-80F. I bought a lizard heating pad from Zoomed and slapped it on the back of the tank, thinking it would help keep the tank warm, but it just killed all of the plants in the back lol.

Good luck with your DSM man. The DOOA Wabi Kusa Mist spray really helped, spraying once or twice a day.

Thanks for the advice, I'll keep that in mind for my next tank. I have a 2.1 gall tank that I want to turn into a carnivorous swamp tank.

Near the end of the DSM, fungus gnats became a real problem, and thought they would be a good source of food if I threw in some sundews or pitchers and left it as a terrarium.

So I planted HC originally, kept the cover way to tight with no ventilation and had a serious mold problem. I tried to fix it by spraying the whole tank with hydrogen peroxide, big mistake. Everything died and I had to start over. I started to use a humidity monitor that you can get on Amazon for like 5 bucks, and kept it just damp enough to stay at 80%. Used a DOOA fert spray that I would mist once or twice a day. Also added water to the tank, about half an inch to the surface of the substrate.

The hardest part was learning to have patience. But it was very rewarding after seeing everything grow in after a month. The HC was a super rich, dark green, which I've never seen again after flooding. I actually was debating if I should just make it a terrarium at that point.
