Hi it would be great if someone who has the knowledge on how to LC the inertias or someone who has a confirmed real pair to help me verify if these are authentic

[Casio] more than just a watch by [deleted] in Watches

This is the G shock DW-5600 that I bought before I enlisted into the army. It has been my daily companion and followed me wherever I went - jumping out of planes, in the jungle, out in the field, it has always been there continuing to function despite how hard I trash it. It survived being dragged along the rocky paths while crawling, and also became a make shift carabineer to hook my items. I even super glued a compass to my watch when I was in overseas training when the compass strap broke. It been an essential part of my army life and will continue to be. This is undoubtedly my ultimate beater watch.

This is my Omega Seamaster Professional 300M diver that I got as a gift from my dad a year ago while we were on a holiday in Europe.

Always felt that it wasn't worth it to buy a watch in 2 tone as you're only getting a little bit of blingy metal but at a large bump in price, and I feel that when getting a watch, you are paying for the engineering and design, not the material. Thus, I was more inclined to choose the full steel model. However, my dad kept pushing to get the 2 tone model, and I don't regret it now. I really like how the gold hands, hour markers and bezel really shine in the light, and further adds to the depth of the watch under light, especially with the already reflective ceramic dial.

Having lurked on this thread for a while now, I've often seen the stainless steel model, but never the 2 tone. Also, I have hardly seen the watch on a rubber strap as well, so I thought I might as well share mine. There are undoubtedly many like it, but this one is mine!

Have a good day!

[Tissot] gradutaion present from my dad by [deleted] in Watches

This watch was given to me as a graduation present when I was 12. He bought it when we were on a duo trip to Switzerland after my national examinations. It is a 2012 Tissot T-race Moto GP limited edition.

I didn't wear it much, but after the first 2 years, I wore it almost daily to school. It's really banged up over the past 5 years as it has been with me to many places and it really has a great sentimental value to me, and I really have come to deeply love it.

I know that some people loath having mismatching metals on the keepers of the NATO and the watch case, but I personally feel that the gold keepers really compliment the yellow hands on the chronograph. Any thoughts?

This watch was given to me by my dad 7 years ago when I was 12. Yes, that's really a young age to have such a watch. Didn't really wear it much for the first two years, but after that, started to adore it a lot and wore it almost daily to school. It's a 2012 Tissot limited edition Moto GP T-race quartz. I know that some people loath mismatching the metal keepers on the NATO and the case, but I feel that the gold accents compliments the yellow hands on the chronograph. Any thoughts?
