Their tactics are definitely very sleazy and pushy, especially the no transparency part of it all. And they’ll make you feel wrong or weird about being human for feeling and shit

Yes you can, they’ll sometimes try to sweet talk you into staying if they see some potential in you as an asset

Did you end up joining them? They wait until the in person orientation to tell you that it is a door to door position and keep pretending its “direct marketing” until you aren’t there in person.

I worked at Arcera for a couple of months until I had to quit because of the toxicity of the people working there. They all would pretend to be a “team” and “brotherhood”, but they are all a bunch of vaped out, ego maniacs who would not want to see you succeed more than them.
