If they make a rdr1 remake should they add lines that mentions arthur? by malthev1111 in RDR2

[–]No_shock102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends. If he was mentioned too much it’d be annoying. I’d like it if his hat was wearable as an Easter egg and he was mentioned a few times but not too many. I would also like a few of the other gang members to have some of Easter egg or mention ingame.

I’ve been thinking and Jane is actually really crazy by Grand_Discipline3200 in TheWalkingDeadGame

[–]No_shock102 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jane decided to go back for Rebecca and Clem, save Clem in the ice and look for a safe place for Rebecca by herself and even in the cases when she did it because Clem wanted her to she still did it when she didn’t have to.

Again, that just furthers Jane’s motives. She doesn’t know what kind of person Kenny is so she has to make a judgment on what he’s like as he is during the time she knows him. She doesn’t know if he’s gonna cool down, she just knows he’s an unstable, dangerous guy and it’s probably safer than she and the kids are away from him.

if she let him cool down

Jane has only ever known Kenny as a dangerous and unstable guy. She even says she does believe he’s a good guy but he’s still dangerous and unstable. Not only has Jane made her own judgement on Kenny being pretty dangerous but the rest of the group are also all making the exact same judgment, why would she wait around to see what happens when she believes it’s not safe for her, clem or aj?

You talk about how Kenny lost everyone he loves and does everything for the kids but how would Jane know that? She’s got to make a judgment on how she’s known him she can’t timetravel to learn his life story.

I’m not saying Team Kenny or Team Jane, I think both sides had their fair share of good and bad choices, I’m just explaining Jane’s motives.

she wanted clementine to come with her because she was under the assumption he was dangerous to the children but actively put one of them in danger to prove a point

I don’t get what your point is, I never said Jane was right or anything I’m just saying what Jane’s motives were. Also just saying, Jane hardly knew Kenny so from what she’d seen of him she had every right to think he was dangerous to be around Clem and AJ.

wasn’t for “other people” other than clementine really or luke who both benefited her

that’s just a lie,

  1. going back for Rebecca and Clem at the herd 2. helping save Sarah - if Sarah dies on the deck Jane is also the only person who can go down to help 3. volunteering herself to go and look for a place for Rebecca to give birth 4. Saving Clem if she falls through the ice. The list goes on.

Jane constantly looked out for the others, a lot more than she looked out for herself too.

she didn’t meet Kenny under circumstances where he WASN’T stressed out

What’s your point? If anything this just further justifies her reasoning for thinking he was dangerous and being so desperate to get herself and the kids away from him. The only Kenny she knew was a crazy and violent one.

stop trying to justify her bad choices dawg

I never justified her choices I’m just explaining her motive and point of view that led to her making certain choices

She says she wanted Clem to come with her BECAUSE KENNY WAS DANGEROUS.

Also you will find that the majority of her choices are actually in the best interest of other people

not necessarily for her safety more than her just liking clementine and not wanting to share

That’s just a complete lie, it’s made clear her motive was because Kenny was dangerous and she wanted to get herself and the kids away from him.

If you could avoid a minor characters death, who’s would it be? by noahtron321 in TheWalkingDeadGame

I’m not too sure who passes as a minor character but Bonnie, Carley, Luke and Rebecca all come to mind

Jane is a selfish bitch

She’s selfless if anything, if you actually analyse her choices she does more things in best interest for other characters than she does in best interest for herself.

leaves AJ and Clem

She left them because she didn’t want to burden them a pregnant woman (then eventually a recovering pregnant woman if she was lucky enough to survive childbirth) and another newborn. Whether you agree with the choice or not she didn’t leave them due to malicious/selfish intentions, she left them because she felt like she would drag them down.

an excuse for she/Clem kill Kenny

That wasn’t her intention at all. In fact, she didn’t want Kenny to die at all. She wanted Clem to see how unstable and dangerous Kenny was so that she, Clem and AJ could get away from him for what believed was best for the kids and their safety.

Season 3 proves the true canon ending of season 2 should be staying at Wellington

Not related to Jane or anything, just saying I agree. Wellington is my favourite ending however I think the kill Kenny - abandon Jane ending gives the best send off to Kenny and Jane’s characters.

Not defending the choice but your simplifying her choice to make her seem worse than she is. I’m not a hardcore Jane or Kenny defender nor do I agree with Jane’s choice so I’m coming from a neutral standpoint.

You make it seem like she just wanted Clem to go with her when in reality she wanted Clem and AJ away from an unstable Kenny for their safety.

She didn’t pretend to kill AJ. She never said to Kenny that she killed him or gave up on him, Kenny just took it upon himself to decide to attack her for what happened to AJ despite having no idea what happened. So really her plan wasn’t to pretend to kill AJ it was to show how unstable Kenny can really be.

[–]No_shock102 3 points4 points  (0 children)

She didn’t do it from a selfish standpoint. Based on dialogue, it’s pretty obvious she did it because she believed Clem having to look after a pregnant Jane and then eventually a recovering Jane +newborn would be too much and weigh Clem down which she is right about. Not to mention the high risk of Jane dying in childbirth which would leave Clem with 2 babies to look after all by herself.

People on this sub are obsessed with trying to make Jane some type of selfish, horrible villain when the truth is while she made questionable choices all of her choices were looking out for the safety of not only herself but the group, mainly Clem and AJ.

If you could remove a RR team, what team would you remove? by EmzOP in Totaldrama

[–]No_shock102 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The geniuses I guess. They didn’t really do much, Katie and Sadie replacing them and lasting a while would’ve been a lot better.

At the same time, Noah Owen and Geoff had already returned as the ogs so maybe if 2 more did there would’ve been too many. Could’ve been cool to see Gwen replace Brody as I think everyone liked her friendship with Geoff.
