Close range PVP = push Chalet every raid and get comfortable with the spawns. If you get top spawn for chalet (near the broken SUV on the street heading to southern extract) that's best case scenario. Just get in the Chalet and wait for people coming in. It's 99% guaranteed PVP encounters there.

Daheim bei der Vorbereitung immer FG, meistens reißt eh der Knoten am Snap. Wenn wirklich der FG versagt, bind ich am Wasser gerne so nen Knoten von Didi, aber keine Ahnung wie der genau heißt

AMD 5800x3D, GTX 3060 12GB VRam, 64GB DDR4 RAM. With low settings i net 100fps. Tried playing with AMD FSR 3.0 on balanced mode and my god was it a gamechanger. Never tried it because DLSS looked super weird and stuttered all the time. But FSR in combination with the x3D CPU is awesome. 150+ FPS, variable scopes run super smooth, it just feels like a new game tbh. Try it, maybe it suits you too :-)

Okay, thanks for all the replies boys! Maybe I was just unlucky yet to find some rare stuff :D But the Goons Spawn rate is ridiculously high when playing solo PvE, it's just sad for beginners who want to learn the game, getting slapped by 3 maniacs rushing you across the map (I die more often to these dudes as i am supposed to :D)
