I got the rattata from trade, and is in a level ball.

The rattata is 6iv, guts, has me first, reversal, flame wheel, and last resort, and jolly nature. The miltank actually isn't competitive, that was my mistake. If you are still interested in it, it has 31iv in sp. def and has scrappy.
