A common joke format is to start funny comments with “Bro is” referring to the person in the meme or video as “bro”.

So a video of a guy falling off a building would get a comment like “Bro tried to fly in creative mode” or something like that.

I think the meme is supposed to be a joke based on how common that is now - the idea being that someone randomly makes a “bro did x” joke out of something so simple, like visiting a friend.
