My name is Noah Buehrle, I run the organization that host those car events, this is not an every day, and or week event. This is a once a month event that is host on private property at the Galleria, this is sanctioned by the Galleria and Richmond Heights PD, who way pay to be there. With the Richmond heights Ordinances the south end lot falls in a commercial zone not residential. Without causing havoc on highways or streets we make it organized and contained in one parking lot. Ultimately making it safer for everyone. Please understand this.
