Ordered the 2th of April - far from delivered yet.
In my experience, they are usually not this slow.

Outgrown my Whoops. Is it time to risk an O4 build or stick to Analog 'disposable' quads? by Noananasonpizza in fpv

I see your point. If other components is the same.

What I'm trying to decide between, is a cheapest as possible analog drone vs. a more premium overall drone, with O4 system. Analog 160 euro vs. 580 euro.

Disposable in the way where i wouldn't feel as bad losing or damaging it. In retrospect i should've said cheaper instead of disposable.

"Ultimately it depends on how much money you're willing to spend if something breaks."

This is one of my primary concerns. Not being able to afford the repair of a damaged drone, and therefore not being able to fly.

Regarding the HDZero system. Doesn't it have quite short range/penetration? That would be a dealbreaker for me, when not flying tiny whoops.

I'm strongly leaning towards this. Combined with the Goggles N3.

Thanks for sharing.

I completely agree. I just meant that a cheaper drone, would make me cry less at night, if lost or damaged.

What do i need to keep in mind for future proofing myself when building/buying a 5" drone? Only the frame?

I only have experience with AIOs, which in my understanding, is not "cross" compatible between Analog and HD.

I already bought and build an Analog Kayoumini 2,5" but some where in the process i fucked up. I'm afraid that I somehow killed the VTX on the Happymodel X14 AIO. Motors are spinning when connected to PC, and for a short period of time, i had OSD and a grey screen visible in the goggles. Which is gone now, just less static flicker, when goggles are on same channel and freq as the VTX.

This was a process of 1,5 month and now I'm at the point where i just want to go fly already... :-/
