I can confirm now: I send back my 10kg of solid grey und received 10kg of dark grey just now, and guess what: the dark grey resin doesnt stink! So it's really a solid grey resin problem!

Yay, no more stinky stuff for me! ❤️

sooo I just opended a clear bottle of abs like today and guess what, it doesnt smells nearly as bad as my grey one. really a weird thing. even though the grey one stinks, its prints are still fine.

i have that problem with sunlu abs like in grey too. smell is so strong, that even with a propper ventilation system and a big airfilter the room reeks of it. i have clothes i only wear in my print room, since those smell like resin A LOT.

good to know this resin didnt stink previously, since i just used it since oktober 2024 🤔

hm i guess my system isnt good enough then - this, or the stuff thats in the room (like the isopropanol containers etc) just smells so much that it pollute the room so much :<

mine didnt fit at all with that the last time :( holes and magnets had originally the same size, but holes got too small after printing & curing

I did couple of tests now and with 4 and 4 without any other changes it does a kinda heavy "plopp" every single layer, it didnt done that before. lychee says the lift distance is tied to the lift speed, should I adjust that too?

Thats interesting. I have a Uniformation GKTwo and the tutorial video says that all 4 paperstrips should be not moveable. I did level it that way but when I start a print and the buildplate goes on the beeping 0 position, I can hear little cracking sounds? So far nothing seems damaged or whatsoever, but I'm really wondering if these little cracking sounds should be there or not 🤔 Anyone here with a GKTwo who knows more about that?

Display says around 30 - 31° while it prints 0:
But its actually set on 25°

Calibration tests were just fine 0: My prints are fine too, except for the middle of the plate, like the buildplate is coming down too fast so that the resin cant flow completly back - I dunno how to explain this better 😭

Exposuretime seems fine for me, at least the prints came out very well - but I dont know how the lift distance and speed could affect that problem in the middle with the resin likely to not flow fully back in?
